Do all the good you can & create a life that feels good on the inside, not one that just looks good on the outside. It is inner beauty which matters most.

Value your beauty!
I have to remind myself this every single day and I am sharing this message with you today. You are beautiful and it wasn’t an easy process to get this beautiful, so embrace it.
No, I am not talking about the curves on our body or the contour of our face. I am talking about the beauty that was created within.
Time and time again God reminds me that we are all beautiful. Painstakingly beautiful.
Every time you get hurt and choose forgiveness over hate, or you see someone in need and extend a helping hand, or the times that hardships knocked on your door and you met it with a brave face, your inner beauty shined for all to see.
We have a beauty within that is invaluable. No one else can replicate it, no one else can take it away. Though our body may fail or grow old and weary, our heart and soul can remain beautiful.
The Process of Beauty
I can only speak for the women’s beauty regime and sometimes it’s very time consuming and painful. Don’t believe me – try waxing.
I don’t know if men have to endure as much pain as women in this area, but I am sure in trying to meet society’s beauty standards we may find ourselves doing 100 push-ups, crunches, tweezing and plucking, shaving and waxing, and in some cases even going under the knife to get that perfect hour-glass figure.
The process of external beauty can be painful to say the least! But the internal process of beauty sometimes requires situations that push us outside of our comfort zone. Situations that force us to make difficult decisions and mold us to be in the image of God’s character.
“But let your adorning be the hidden person of the heart with the imperishable beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which in God’s sight is very precious.” 1 Peter 3:4 (ESV)
Periods of loneliness teach us to appreciate relationships, seasons of silence teach us patience, times of hardship make us resilient, and each and every experience though good or bad has the potential to create a unique beauty within. A beauty that is “imperishable”, as 1 Peter calls it.
Only you can be you
King David seemed to have known this rather well, he said in Psalm 139:14:
“I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works; my soul knows it very well. ”
There is no one else that looks like you and thinks like you. No one else feels what you feel and has your gifts and talents.
You are one of a kind. Even identical twins are not 100% alike. They have slight differences in appearances, personalities, likes and dislikes, etc.
Each and every one of us is a unique person and the world needs to see what you have within.
I can’t promise you that life won’t knock you down from time to time, but I can assure you this: YOU can always choose to do good and create a beautiful life within. But you have to make that choice.
Our internal beauty has often come at a high price. Why not embrace it and share it others?
Stay blessed!
Love it Carol great job!
Thank you my love 😘
